Piero Martinello is a portrait photographer born in Italy in 1985. After graduating from the Institute of Photography and Visual Arts of Padova he was invited at FABRICA, the Communication Research Centre of Benetton Group, where he has worked extensively for Colors Magazine and on several long-term projects.
He photographed two campaigns for United Colors of Benetton, Victims and It's my time. Piero has also worked on several social awareness campaigns: a campaign about the Darfur genocide commissioned by the Canadian magazine Walrus, and two World Health Organization campaigns entitled “Stop Tubercolosis” and "Child Injury Prevention"
He is currently working and living between Milan and the North East of Italy, focusing on editorial and commercial assignments and social projects commissioned by NGO.
